March Member Check-In

This one's coming a bit late, but still wanted to get this post up here to celebrate the work Josh and I did together.

We started working together right after Christmas for the new year, to help get Josh back on track with his meals and workouts. After two months he dropped about 20lbs and has learned how good of a cook he is! Great job with sticking to your portions, meal prep, and stepping up your workout routine buddy. Proud of you.๐Ÿ™Œ
