Cancelation Policy
Bookings must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations must be completed no later than 8 hours before scheduled appointment. If for any reason you are not able to meet this requirement, an exception may be taken into account to accommodate your needs. Failure to cancel within policy guidelines may lead to loss of credit in your account. There are no refunds. You must use or lose your credits before your plan expires. If for some reason you cannot use your credits before the expiry date, an extension may be made for you.
