With the season in full swing, and more clients looking for a trainer to come to them, it's time to do away with the special summer pricing. Starting November 1st my hourly rate with be $65 an hour weekdays, and $75 an hour weekends. Pricing plans will also increase to reflect the new price.

Due to low temperatures and low class count, the winter workout is being postponed to a later date. Stay tuned for a date to come in March for the next community class.👌
