Member Check-In w/Nick

Member Check in with @pio_nicholas. It’s been just over 1.5 years working with Nick and he’s had quite the journey!🏃🏻‍♂️

Since November 2020 Nick has broken his foot (outside of training), had an illness that prevented him from doing intense training, change of jobs, and caught COVID on top of that.

Regardless of Nick’s situation he stuck to his plan, training 3-4 days a week with me, making adjustments as needed. He never gave up. In this time he’s lost some weight, gained some back, lost more, and is 15 pounds lighter than his starting weight.

Aside from the number on the scale Nick has gotten back to drinking moderately, watching his portions on his plate, and thinking of ways to make healthier, smarter choices easier. Considering his high stress work environment, Nick knows how important rest and recovery are.

As a coach, what I care about the most is how my clients feel. Seeing Nick’s progress and change of awareness has been so rewarding. I hope more people can be as committed as you. Keep it up buddy, thanks for sticking with me.🙌
